
Ischnochiton dispar (Sowerby, 1832)
This 25 mm chiton has grayish valves variegated with darker and lighter streaks. The central areas are smooth, the lateral areas with conical granules. The girdle is of moderate width, dark greyish green in color. It is vaguely banded and covered with large, slightly bent, more or less imbricating scales.
