Craspedochiton rubiginosus (Swainson MS, Hutton, 1872)
This one-half inch oblong chiton has rather elevated valves. The lateral areas are rather indistinct with the whole valve surface rather coarsely granular. The color of the valves is pink, getting yellowish on the jugal area. Taken from Pilsbry
