Shipping

Shipping costs for orders delivered to continental USA will be calculated automatically by the system. International shipping costs will be calculated manually and confirmed with buyers by emails. You can choose to cancel your international order if you think the shipping cost is higher than you expected. Shipment will usually be made in 2 business days.

Customs

Our product are categorized as health foods/supplements in the United States and so as we usually declare the merchandise. Please verify with the customs in your country for the entry regulations. If the parcel is rejected by your customs, you are still responsible for the shipping cost of your order.

Return Policy

Return can be made within 30 days after shipment. Please contact us before returning the product. Shipping and Handling is not refundable if the product is free from defects. Shipping costs of returning the product will be paid by the buyer. Opened health care product cannot be returned for refund.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We'll use your phone number or e-mail address to contact you for  your order, or notifying you of changes/updates to the site or other news. We will not make your information available to other companies.
