I have been a Street Police Officer, Field Commander, Special Ops Commander, Homicide Investigator, Rape Investigator, Financial Crime/High Technology Investigator, Chief of Police and current Commander of the California Rangers. I have been shot, stabbed, beaten, and sued doing my job. Over the years I have received quite an education. I am still learning.



When do we say enough is enough?

Latest testimony to Congress by John Walsh (America's Most Wanted) sets the number of missing children each year in America at 1,800,000 children. A percentage of that enormous number of missing children are runaways. What ever the reason the children are missing don't forget this represents one million - 800 thousand people a year. I live in a city of approximately 250,000 people, seven cities of this size citizens are missing each and every year. If this doesn't bother you, IT SHOULD!!! OUR CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE, click on the Missing Children banner above and find out what you as an individual can do to help.

Remember, no matter how good a parent you are, no matter how great your home-car-boat-country club membership, your child could be pictured here one day. Take that first step and be proactive, GET INVOLVED.
