Prices do not include shipping (Currently $8,75/mile one way from Oroville, Ca which covers all loads necessary.), sales tax, foundation, or rough plumbing. Our plans conform to Uniform Building Code, but, snow load, energy codes, and structural engineering (including soils or earthquake requirements) can add cost and require special engineering (Call your building department to see what special reports and engineering they might require). Compliance with California Energy Code can add from $0 to $2000 to your costs in more extreme climate zones. Minimum drafting fee for changes is $1000.
