How do I design a basic home page ?On a new notepad create a page and "save as" name.htm to your folder that is in Netscape.
Your index page can have the link <a href=name.html> because you have
to change the name to an html when you go to up-load your file.
Here is an example of how you can format a page, you can try this on
a sample page called format.htm and then save it to netscape
to your special folder
...and then open up Netscape and see how this
works.
Then when you make more pages you can use your format.htm for your form
so to speak.
If you do it this way instead of with an editor you will
have more controll over what you can do.
The front page must always be renamed "index.html" on your upload page.
and you can link back to it by typing: <a href=index.html>Back to front page</a>
