Running jokes about Sam

Sam seems to create his own jokes. He torments Sharon Tay when she anchors the Morning News (Eric once said to Sharon, "It's like having your own personal stalker right here on the set!"), and he likes to milk his relationship to supermodel Vendela for a few laughs now and then (more about this in the tidbits section below).

Sam co-hosted a talk show called The Live Show with Stephanie Edwards from January 2 to July 3, 1998.

Sam and Good Day L.A. entertainment reporter Dorothy Lucey did a Hollywood talk show last year called Scoop. Sam has also appeared on a few TV shows, including Baywatch Nights and The Jackie Thomas Show.
