New Frontiers Institute Inc. is a non profit Parapsychology Research and Educational facility dedicated to the expansion of human awareness. The Institute was incorporated in 1976 and is recognized by both the State of California and the United States government and all donations are tax deductible. The Institute offers programs for the discovery of the inner self and definitive courses for the individual to explore the far reaches of the FORCE within the human mind.
Interspecies communcation protocols between Man and Dolphin was the first major research program which culminated in field experiments in the Sea of Cortez, the Gulf of California, Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean. Documentary films entitled "In Quest of Hope" and "Man and Dolphin" were produced and aired on PBS stations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
