For reservations, a 2 night
minimum
is required on weekends except during peak season, when the minimum is 3 nights. Less than minimum stay reservations are occasionally available after 4 p.m. the night before the intended arrival.
As a courtesy to your fellow guests - please, be prompt. Call if you need to schedule an earlier or later check-in/check-out or breakfast.
Due to our interior design and furnishings, we maintain a
non-smoking environment and cannot accomodate pets. A unique feature of our lodge is the light-colored carpets, so please remove your shoes upon entering. In the Dutch tradition we suggest you bring your own personal
slippers or use our slipper socks (compliments of the Rockwood). |

A confirmation will be mailed to you once your gift certificate, check or money order is received. A Visa or Mastercard is required to hold
your reservation until payment is received or for cancellation charges. Should payment not arrive on the agreed date, reservations will be cancelled and the necessary charges, if applicable, will be applied to the credit card.
Just in case you must cancel your reservation with the Rockwood, be advised: |

- There is a $10 cancellation charge per night
- 14 days notice is required for credit on your account for a future stay (less cancellation charge) if less than 14 days notice is given, credit is given only
if the room is re-booked (less cancellation charge)
