     Our class used this website the most due to the fact that it has the greatest amount of general information about any city. This site also covers crime rate, school count, and the public library size and usage of a town.

     This is the website of the United States Census Bureau. Here, students can find a great amount of demographics about his or her town. To access general demographics, click on American Fact Finder.

     The University of Virginia conducted a national research of cities and has compiled all of them on to this site. A lot of information concerning economic characteristics of cities can be found here.
