Horse Thief Men’s Club Member-Guest Results

The Horse Thief Men’s Club held it’s annual Member-Guest Tournament on August 9^th and 10^th. The 36-hole competition consisted of four separate nine-hole tournaments, each with a unique format. As usual, there were some outstanding scores with fractions of strokes separating the leaders. In the First Flight, the overall winners were the Father/Son team of Carl and Chris Carlson. Other winning First Flight teams were Bob Bennett/Tony Naab, Jim Dutchess/George Saenz, and Tom Huff/Fred Schyrock. The Second Flight overall winners were Ernie (Big Easy) Stampfl/John Tellier. The other Second Flight winning teams were John Reilly/John Mendenhall, and the Horwood brothers, Colin and Charlie. The next Men’s Club Tournament will be the Club Championship on September 13^th and 14^th.
