NOVEMBER MEETING H.T.M.C. BOARD

 

DATE:  November 1, 2005

TIME:    9:00a.m.

PLACE:  Home of Tom Crumrine

 

Meeting was called to order at 9:00a.m. by President Jim Dyer.  Present were board members Jim Dyer, Dave Theriault, Tom Crumrine, Dave Cordes, Gordon McWilliams, and Chris Wieland.  Also present were club members Ed Jordan, Dick Burris, and Bob Letson.

 

MINUTES:  The minutes of the October meeting were read and accepted.

 

TREASURE’S REPORT:  Gordon McWilliams submitted a balance of $3,652.17 as of October 31, 2005.  The report was accepted.

 

TOURNAMENT:  Tom Crumrine announced a tournament for Nov. 19th.  It will be open to H.T.M.C. members and guests.  Conrad Bineu had a hole in one on Monday, Oct. 31st.  Tom Crumrine will keep the new insurance list and the money.  Tom also announced sign up for tournaments will be cut off 10 days prior to the tournament. 

 

OLD BUSINESS:  Tom Crumrine will talk to Jim Jackson about getting the plaques and trophies updated.

 

NEW BUSINESS:  Tom announced starting Friday, Nov. 4, 2005 play will commence with a 9:30a.m. shotgun start.  All players will be required to check in with the pro shop and be present by 8:50a.m.

 

SOCIAL:  The board agreed to cancel the Christmas dinner.

 

GENERAL DISSCUSSION:  Jim Dyer stated he turned in a tentative schedule to the pro-shop on October 16th with the goal being to have the dates confirmed so the schedule can mailed to the members in January with the membership roster.  Gordon McWilliams announced the club now has a mailbox in Bear Valley that correspondence can be mailed to.  The box is PMB 215

ADJOURNEMENT:  The meeting was adjourned at 9:35a.m.  The next meeting will be Tuesday, December 6th, 2005 at Tom Crumrine’s home.
