The Roving Roosters of Lake County invite SIR rovers and their loved ones from all over to join them in their travels to some of the finest RV parks in the West.

The Roving Roosters of Lake County held their annual meeting and election of officers on March 18, 2003. Officers for 2003 are as follows: Chairman, Larry Powers; Vice Chairman, Maury Hayn; Secretary-Treasurer, George Daugherty; Wagon Master, Glen Claypool. Branch representatives: 133, Larry Camotta; 168/Area 32, Larry Powers; 174, Ed Lydon. State Representatives: Mark Wilson, Leroy Leale.
Three Rallies are planned to date. The State SIR RV rally in French Camp was April 7-9. Over 100 SIR's and their partners met at this annual event. Area 32 was responsible for several events at the Rally. Mark Wilson handled that one
The outing at Little Bear Campground in Graeagle is scheduled for July 18-28. All 12 Spaces are reserved and paid. If you wish to be put on a waiting list, call Don Brown at 279-8415.
The fourth annual crabbing trip to Charleston Marina is scheduled for October 1-7. All 10 spaces are reserved and paid. We were able to add one more space this week, so if you want to go on this fun trip, call Larry Powers ASAP at 263-3403. You can attend the outing, even if you do not have a camper rig. Captain John's Motel is next door to the RV park. Call (541) 888-4041 for reservations. If you are attending, call Larry Powers for inclusion in the activities schedule.
There had been a proposal for a run over the hill to Fort Bragg, but there wasn't enough interest.
