"A Matter of Justice" (1993) . . . Jeff Kober as Talbot.

Plot: A young soldier's marriage to a worldly older woman shocks his family. The marriage ultimately fails, but the young man is murdered before the divorce is final. Convinced of his widow's guilt, his mother fights to avenge his murder and regain custody of her grandchild.

 

Character Synopsis: Talbot is whitetrash all the way to the bone. Vicious, selfish, and crooked, he also beats his girlfriend.   What a creep!

This is a pretty good TV movie. Good plot, good dialogue, good acting. And Jeff is great as the slimeball Talbot.  In fact, that is what makes him so scary ... Talbot is way too realistic.  -- songbird
