Plot: Harm reopens a 10-year-old murder case and unexpectedly incurs the wrath of the victim's daughter, his friend Lt. Cmdr. Teresa Coulter.  Harm feels that the original trial attorney didn't dig deep enough into the case and as he pursues the investigation a new picture begins to develop.   However, Lt. Cmdr. Coulter, whose father was convicted of her mother's murder, protests Harm's role in her father's retrial---even after evidence surfaces implicating her ex-husband, Rory.

Character Synopsis:  Rory is defensive and fearful of being charged with the murder of his mother-in-law.  But he is not a bad guy ... only weak-willed.
