Closure of treatment of cells at the City of Tracy’s Land
Treatment Facility where 14,000 cu. yd. of petroleum-contaminated soil was managed in compliance with waste discharge orders from the state Water Resources Control Board (1997).
Treated soil from the above closure is shown here stockpiled for
use as fill material on a construction project. See Soil Excavation for the eventual use of this soil.
