Provide engineering services, construction drawings (as required by regulatory agency for permit submittal), regulatory review, and meet with City and County regulators to define a permissible aviation fuel system. Removal of two underground aviation fuel storage tanks, and installation of two new underground storage tanks (one 12,000-gal. aviation fuel, and one 20,000-gal. Jet A).

City of Tracy

Wright Environmental Services removed soil (Fig. 1) from the City of Tracy’s Land Treatment Facility and transported the soil to the location of a Park and Ride Facility on the north side of Tracy (Fig. 2). The soil is a product of closure of treatment cells at the City of Tracy’s Land Treatment Facility  (Fig. 3), where 14,000 cu. yd. of petroleum-contaminated soil was managed by Wright Environmental Services in compliance with waste discharge orders from the State Water Resources Control Board (1999).
